I would like to comment here about how I got alerted to all these gender issues, and how I found the GWL podcast. I think the awakening came when I first heard The Free Press piece on The Witch Trials of JK Rowling. Then I started looking for more information on this topic. I must say that Sasha and Stella's GWL is far and away the most informative and pleasant podcast on the issue. Sure, sometimes Glinner is more entertaining, if one wants to feel outraged, or get into a snarky mood, but for breadth and depth of information, and for the sensitivity that we all deserve, GWL cannot be beat. I've been working my way through the "catalog" of over 200 some interviews, and it is just so good - not least because of the many references to other works that are relevant and important. Stella and Sasha have created a valuable resource for the present and a comprehensive history that will be invaluable when all this comes crashing down. I'm sorry I didn't discover (and start supporting) you years ago, though now I'm catching up.
Someone suggested in the chat that we ask for an EO lifting any bans that may exist on so-called conversion therapy so we can get therapists getting gender questioning kids and young adults the help they need. This may sound crazy, but if you were to follow Elon Musk and make the suggestion directly to him on X, he certainly has the president's ear, so to speak. And, he has a dog in this race! Good luck in D.C.
